Strength training classes and seminars where women train together and learn how their bodies actually work. Group sessions, short seminars on cycle-aware training, form workshops, and the occasional pop-up. Held in different cities as I travel.

Every class is run like everyone in the room is new to strength training. Posture, form, and building strength taught from the basics, using bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights: whatever fits where you are today. No judgment if you’re brand new. No gatekeeping if you have experience. You are safe to ask any question, and I will meet you where you are.

I’ll announce dates every once in a while. Share your experience as a woman training on the strength conversation and leave your email there. Your answers help me tailor what I run (topics, pacing, who it’s for), and you’ll get a heads-up the moment the first one opens.
