I’m Gloria, a certified personal trainer, and I built Guma so women could train for the bodies they actually live in. That means strength training, muscle building, and progressive overload, programmed around how your body actually works. Your cycle, your hormones, your life stage. They all shape how you train, recover, and progress. I design 1:1 programs around your cycle, life stage, and schedule. I track your data, and stay in your corner through every phase. I’ll keep you accountable without judgment, and guide you on the nutrition habits that make your goals work. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Muscle is the foundation of aging well. It protects your bones, your metabolism, and the way you move through every day. This program helps you build and hold onto it, decade after decade.
I also offer single sessions and packs (Your Fitness Strategy, Gym Confidence, Posture Improvement, Nutrition and Supplementation, Body Composition Consult, Tone and Sculpt) for when you just need one thing sorted. These are also available to gift a loved one.
