Strength coaching for women. Built on how your body actually works.
Most strength and resistance training programs are built on research done on men, then scaled for women. I don't do that. Every plan I write starts with your physiology: your cycle, your hormones, your life stage, and the week you actually have in front of you.
Stay consistent and we build strength together, week by week. Strength that lasts through menstrual cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and whatever season you’re in. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- Evidence-based programming. Progressive overload, the best-researched method for lasting strength, applied to your physiology.
- Realistic by design. A program you can actually follow, built around your real week.
- Cycle-aware and hormone-aware training. Your hormones shape recovery, strength, and energy. The research supports training with them, not around them.
- Coaching for every season of womanhood. Menstruating, pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, perimenopausal, menopausal, and every season between. Your body evolves and your coaching should too.

Premium
1:1 Coaching
Unlimited access. In-person or online. What you pay matches what we build together.
For women who want the most available version of me, with the option to train together in the gym. Same-day replies on text, voice note, or video. A coach in your corner every day of the week.
- Custom program. Built around your cycle, life stage, week, and goals.
- In-person or online. Train with me in a Vancouver gym, fully online, or a mix. You choose what fits.
- Daily messaging. Text, voice notes, or videos whenever something comes up. Same-day replies.
- Weekly live 1:1 call. One dedicated time each week to review and plan together.
- Posture and form review. Send a clip of any lift, any time. I reply with cues.
- Nutrition and supplementation guidance. Protein, meal pattern, and the real shifts. Within my scope as a personal trainer.
- Hevy Pro included. Your account for the strength workouts I assign. We track your progress together, week by week.
- 3-month minimum. Bodies take time, and so does trust.
Lighter touch
Flex Coaching
Half the price of Premium. Online only. Three checkpoint calls, text between.
For women who want strategic touch points and room to breathe between them. Three live calls anchor the 3 months (kickoff, midway, closing), with text, voice note, and video access throughout. Same custom programming as Premium, delivered at a lighter meeting rhythm.

- Three checkpoint calls. Live kickoff in month 1 to set your program. Midway call in month 2 to adjust. Closing call at the end of month 3 to plan what’s next.
- Text access between calls. Text, voice note, or short video whenever something comes up. I reply within 24 to 48 hours.
- Weekly written check-in. You share how your week went, I reply in depth with adjustments and feedback.
- Form and posture review. Send a clip any time. I reply with written cues.
- Nutrition and supplementation guidance. Protein and meal pattern basics, within my scope as a personal trainer.
