How it works

- 2. Fill out the deep intake (about 10 minutes). Training, nutrition, cycle, lifestyle, goals.
- 3. Book your 30-minute call via Calendly. I prep a draft plan before we meet.
- 4. We review and refine on the call. I email you the final Training and Nutrition strategy after.
