Monthly steps challenges that keep us all moving between workouts, with the rest of the women in Guma in it with you.
Accountability
A group of women checking in, cheering each other on, and helping each other stay consistent on the days it feels hard.
A monthly class + free Q&A
Once a month we train together in a live fitness class, and it ends with a free Q&A where you can ask me anything.
Founding rate
$19 / month
Locked in for the founding members while we are getting started. When you join, you tell me your WhatsApp number and Instagram at checkout, and I add you to the community myself.
Already coaching 1:1 with Guma? The community is included at no extra cost. You are already in, and I will add you myself.
